@crptkprmlnair @TrpstrLeonOG Ya, when paypal had the 6 months no interest, I put that cash to work on mortgage and stuff. 6 years ago went to buy a new Lexus, only incentive was 5 years at .9%. Instead of paying cash for the car, I paid off the mortgage and paid notes on the car.

@TrpstrLeonOG Thats some Dave Ramsey bull shit. If you pay your credit card in full every month you owe no interest. Using other peoples money to live is actually smart

CALLER: I run about $3,000 a month through my credit card, pay it off completely, and earn 2% back around $60 monthly. HOST: Why use a credit card at all? You’re putting thousands on a high-interest product just for $60. That’s not wealth-building. CALLER: But I never pay interest. I clear the balance every month and keep the rewards. HOST: Cut up the card. Stick to debit only. CALLER: So just walk away from the extra $60 every month? HOST: That’s not how you build wealth. Reality: if you’re disciplined, credit cards can work in your favor rewards, fraud protection, and more. Small amounts add up.

@TrpstrLeonOG NEVER use your debit card. If you use a credit card and it get's skimmed, you tell the bank, sucks to be you, go get YOUR money back If you use your debit card and get skimmed, you then go to the bank and say please help me get MY money back. See the difference?

@mtntallpaul We didn't think a started home was a 4-3-3 3600 SF McMansion. In the 50's, a family of 5 lived in a 1000 SF 2-1-1.

Gavin Newsom out here doing construction work like it’s a Vogue photoshoot. 😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Dude, WHAT is that stance?!? Hip cocked, delicate little hand on the tool, arched back like he’s waiting for his close-up. This isn’t a governor working, this is a man who’s spent his whole life in mansions and wineries trying to prove he’s “one of the guys.” Botox Stalin, the only thing you’ve ever built is a bigger deficit and more regulations. Put the power tool down before you break a nail, princess. California is a disaster and this performative bullshit isn’t fooling anyone.

@KiknSassTaknAim @Jim849529967812 @BitcoinSapiens I'm sorry, I guess I spoke way over your head. Yea sure. There's a line around the block of people wanting to open a business selling 25 cent products, hand made on site by $15/hr employees. Even if the flower was free, how many .25 pretzels would it take per hour to pay wages

First off... the profit is FAR higher than that but... I get what you're throwing out there. I disagree. Lots of people WILL put in damn hard work, even for $0.25 See.. everyone thinks their "WORTH" is worth more than it is... Worth is EARNED not automatically given. There's some pretty WORTHLESS rich people so... Coffee, donut, a pretzel w/ cheese. Pre-made food in food courts, that are heated up?! How much do you think thats worth? 🤷‍♀️

The minimum wage in Pennsylvania is $7.25 an hour. A regular Auntie Anne’s soft pretzel at the mall is $7.29. Imagine telling someone an hour of their time is worth less than a pretzel.

@KiknSassTaknAim @BitcoinSapiens Ding ding ding... You're the winner. Lets try something in a blue city to see how it works. Lets make minimum wage $40.00, then lest come back in a year and and see what a burger and fries cost at the fast food drive thru.

@BitcoinSapiens Devils advocate: If people didn't demand high wages for serving a PRETZEL... the cost would come down. If a nationwide company- your little mall shop is 1 of many & pay isnt the same everywhere. Costs are spread across all the locations whether its your shop or not. Catch 22 🫣

@BitcoinSapiens Minimum wage = no skill= low value, meat. Yea, when I was a kid and made minimum wage, same shit. Took 2 hrs work for a movie ticket. I quickly made myself worth more than minimum wage rather than cry how little minimum wage work pays.

@UziCryptoo I'm a landlord and I like people like you keeping my rentals full. 4 times, I paid 20K down to buy a house, then rent it. For the first year, I break even, but rent goes up about 5% every year. After 15 years, I own a $200 house I paid 20K for, plus 50K cash flow after 7 yrs.

The average US mortgage is $250,000 at 7% over 30 years. Total repayment? $598,000. You borrow $250K and pay back $598K. $348,000 straight to the bank. For nothing. Then you pay to fix up the house. Stuff breaks. You pay insurance monthly. Property taxes every year. 3–6% in realtor fees when you sell. And we act like renting is throwing money away. There is a strong argument for renting.

@UziCryptoo It's not for nothing. It's the cost of borrowing. It offsets the loss of value of the dollar over time the lender is suffering. Over the same 30 years, if maintained, the house's value will increase more than the cost of interest and you'll have a shelter for the 30 years

My landlord raised my rent $340. I asked why. "Market rate adjustment." I googled my landlord. He owns 34 properties. Manages them through 3 LLCs. Lives in a $1.3 million house. Has never fixed my heating properly. My rent increase is his mortgage payment on preperty number 35. I am not a tenant. I am a revenue stream who gets to sleep here.
