@CCSMedical is a master of customer avoidance. 50 min into a call to authorize an order for life sustaining supplies and set up a payment plan. No one knows what they're doing. Notes on your file go nowhere. Literally like this everytime. Disgusting. We deserve better.

Is @CCSmedical out of business? The site continues to delay fulfillment, moving dates forward, though all requirement fulfilled. Often, with "due to ship (Yesterday's or past date), " so on Aug 24, "due to ship 8/23/23" Phone calls just as inaccurate.

@CCSMedical I have tried and tried to get G6 sensors sent to me but I am told over and over by customer service that I can't receive them anymore because I decided to give the G7 a try. Why can't I go back to the G6 if that's my choice?

@CCSMedical for 2 weeks I’ve tried to get my insulin pump supplies. You charge my credit card and don’t ship it due to issues with the doctor & Medicare. UPS said it would arrive Thursday. Today you call and reversed the delivery. That’s a lifesaving device. I’ll be out. @BCBST

@CCSMedical I have been promised a call back a few times and have not heard from anyone. I am currently on hold again to get my order straightened out for the 5th month in a row. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in the 35+ years I have been a #T1D. The worst.

This is my situation with @CCSMedical! Every month there is something that gets messed up in their system, and my order is cancelled. I then have to call, get shuffled around, and put on hold for up to 2 hours to get my supplies shipped out.

@CCSMedical @CCSMedical why is it that every time i try and order supplies or authorize an order, something gets messed up and i'm left rationing supplies? i then try and call customer services and i'm often left on hold for over an hour or with no call back? why do you think this is okay?!

@CCSMedical The same thing happens every month. I’m told you have to send me a reader then you don’t send a reader then you put my account on hold. Then I have to call 3-4 times to get my CGM supplies. It’s the worst process on earth! #ccsmedsucks

@CCSMedical i'm actually so frustrated with @CCSMedical that i came off private so they know how disappointing they are. every single time i've called them since 2022, wait times have exceeded 45 minutes. when i request a callback so i don't have to wait on hold, they never call back.

personally i love when i call @CCSMedical and they do the whole "we'll call you back" thing so you don't have to hold for 50 minutes but then they never friggen call you back. it's so fun and sexy.
