This is my situation with @CCSMedical! Every month there is something that gets messed up in their system, and my order is cancelled. I then have to call, get shuffled around, and put on hold for up to 2 hours to get my supplies shipped out.

@CCSMedical The same thing happens every month. I’m told you have to send me a reader then you don’t send a reader then you put my account on hold. Then I have to call 3-4 times to get my CGM supplies. It’s the worst process on earth! #ccsmedsucks

This same thing happened to me yesterday except I didn’t hang up. Just waited on hold for almost 80 minutes until they hung up saying they were closed. It’s actually worse. @ccsmedical #customerexperience #customerservicefail

@clarissaward Contact your State’s Department of Insurance or whichever department in your state that regulates insurance companies and file a complaint. I had a similar problem with an insurer. Once the regulators contacted them my claims were resolved in 30 days.

For 7 months @Cigna hasn't reimbursed routine therapy for my son who has special needs. For 7 months, they have stonewalled me about why, even though the therapy is clearly covered in my policy. For 7 months, I have sat on hold, shuttled from operator to operator. At my wit's end
