@PaulBoross @easyJet Same thing happened to my son on Sun flying from Gatwick to Dalaman. Stil hasn’t received his refund despite them stating it would be done immediately as no alternative flight available. Had to book another package with TUI for the following day! #disgustingcustomerservice

So, @easyJet think that it is acceptable to cancel a flight three hours before take-off and then offer no flight for days. Spent a fortune on the only two flights on Air France the next day. No apology. Time to take it up with the Cival Aviation Authority. #EasyJetFail

Shocking I’m lost for words at the normalisation of the situation in general. The NHS today is riddled with bullying and trauma for many individuals and it still needs to be tackled at so many levels. Still so much work to do and to continue to highlight the problems 😢😢😢😢
