I sent a classified letter to House and Senate colleagues about a secret interpretation of surveillance law that every American should be concerned about. @RepThomasMassie is right. The Constitution requires EVERY member to vote against a clean reauthorization.

I just viewed 2 Top Secret FISA docs. 1) FISA Court opinion that raises serious concerns about FBI implementation of FISA 702. 2) letter by Senator Wyden describing a secret government interpretation of FISA law. The Constitution requires I vote No on FISA 702 reauthorization.

@SenEricSchmitt Meanwhile.... When the law says, judges "must" provide and respect the disability accommodations requested by a party, not only do left wing Judges like Douglas Harpool use the disability as reason to deny the accommodations, but to deprive folks being heard in standing cases.

@OANN @OANN you do realize... @GovMikeKehoe refused signing an executive order to impartially investigate @AndrewBaileyMO on the facts, evidence that not only did Bailey use disabilities of a witness, victim in effect obstructing Justice, hindering prosecution but did so w/o immunity.

I will be voting NO on final passage of the FISA 702 Reauthorization Bill if it does not include a warrant provision and other reforms to protect US citizens’ right to privacy. Yesterday I offered these 3 amendments to fix the program, but they were not allowed last night.

@PerhapsIamU @graysonbhunt Fair response from my side. How many folks would wish for myself to run as an independent for the same seat? Running as an independent does carry risks, of splitting the ticket in Burlison's favor. BUT I do know how to put people, Justice, Equality, first.

I’m sick of the rampant lack of ethics in Congress and across our government. It’s not that hard: • Don’t assault women, kids, or men. • Don’t conceal or deny evidence of claims and allegations against you. • Don’t lie. Congressmen, Senators, Governors, and Mr. President: You took an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution. Millions of Americans entrusted you with that sacred duty. So why the complete collapse of basic ethical standards? Where is the accountability—regardless of party? It’s time for this new generation of politicians to slam the brakes on this ethical slippery slope and finally put a stop to it.

At the current pace, the national debt will hit $40 trillion before the end of 2026. Congress reviews only 25% of annual spending. The other 75% is on autopilot. We don't have a revenue problem. We have a spending problem. And only a constitutional amendment will force Congress to fix it.
