I finally got an agent from KLM in France and they said that they could confirm the bag was in Portland and agreed that I should go to the check-in counter and see what might happen. Thankfully, Andrew decided he could help me and texted someone in baggage who found my bag!

Lost Luggage...#KLM #condor I continue to have no support for getting my lost luggage out of storage at PDX airport. KLM says they don't have an agent at PDX, Condor only operates if they have a flight...and the international luggage support is behind security. Bad form!
