I am now paying too much for my own needed medical bills, emergency room, doctors, surgery, etc. while ILLEGALS get this for free.
Well FREE to them while I pay for THEM and for MYSELF.
I want my medical payments back AND I want my taxes back.

There is a huge loophole being exploited in America most Americans don’t know about
Legal and illegal migrants are being given a minimum of 90 days of 100% free health insurance, paid for by taxpayers
Federal law requires that when states enroll Medicaid applicants, they immediately get healthcare coverage for a period of 90 days while their immigration status is being verified
It's called the “Reasonable opportunity period”
It’s a guaranteed 90 day window of taxpayer funded healthcare for anyone willing to walk in, sign a form attesting that they're eligible under the penalty of perjury (which is never prosecuted at Medicaid eligibility level)
- Legal applicants should get approved in seconds
- Illegals and those with falsified documents don’t get denied immediately, it can take weeks or much longer. During their time they are fully covered
We have no way to recover the money spent on their healthcare during this waiting period before their false information gets flagged and they get denied
ROP rules: Federal law (42 CFR 435.956 and Social Security Act sections) requires states to provide benefits during this period. If denied, coverage ends (with 30-day notice in many cases), but prior claims are paid and generally not recouped from the individual or providers
So in essence, taxpayers must pass the healthcare bills for everyone on earth that applies for at least a few weeks to 90 days
