@Sonos how come there are always connection issues? I play a song from Spotify, it says it is playing, but it is not. Happens all the time to both my wife and I. This stuff costs to much not to work 100% of the time
@Iberia what is your US customer service number? Your online claims center doesn’t work and you owe me money for a cancelled flight. No one I’ve spoken with on the phone can help so I’m trying this out….
@taggartvanetten@compressport You ever use @activejunky for purchases? I try to buy everything through them so I can get a little cash back. Usually Road Runner Sports has 7-10% cashback and if you're a member there you already get a discount and $$ back there to instore. Makes for a deal
whenever i run on the treadmill i always wear a headband to keep the sweat off my face. i have worn these for hard 20 mile runs & it absorbs the sweat the entire time. also, never feels tight around my head/ no red marks. @compressport headbands 11/10

@ameliaboone Southern Comfort (haven't touched it since NYE 2001 after blacking out in a bar underaged around 2am and waking up/unblacking out around 7am riding a subway in NYC)
@MassUltra_MA Bummed about this one getting cancelled which means no races for me in 2020...but looking forward to (hopefully) some good races in 2021.
COVID cases are climbing and the Bay State is starting to close again. The Chesterfield Gorge 30-Hour Ultra has officially been canceled, meaning the 2020 ultrarunning season in Massachusetts is over. massultra.com/2020/11/03/aft…
This photo from Barkley 2017 still is, and probably always will be, one of my favorites. It also has the perfect feeling for Halloween (complete with pumpkin on my head!). The photographer, @alexis_berg, along with Aurélien Delfosse, made a great 20 minu… instagr.am/p/CG-ANeUngs7/
East TN off trail running decisions:
A) go through the briars
B) go through the poison ivy
C) ford the creek
D) scale the strip mine wall
Acceptable answers are:
E) please, anything but B
F) I'll have to do each eventually so the order doesn't really matter (except B before C)
@ameliaboone haven't used anything yet but plan to use a Buff. I've also never used an altitude mask ... not sure if one of those would work but it could end up serving as double duty
Runners: what kinds of masks are you running in? I’ve tried folded up buffs, cloth, and bandanas. Anyone found a set up that’s *semi* tolerable?
(And yes I understand the more tolerable it is, the less effective it probably is)
Thanks!
Anyone have recommendations for a good sit/stand desk? I've always jury-rigged my own, but figure it might be time to invest in a real one...
I prefer one where the whole desk raises and lowers. Thanks!
@MilePosts I get Corey instead of Cody. OR... I’m addressed by my last name, Frost, but without the Mr. ... just Frost like I’m a villain in Batman or something
It’s spelled D O R O T H Y. It’s really simple to spell someone’s name correctly when it’s literally right there.
Little things are big things.
What’s the strangest/worst way someone has spelled your name!?
This April I'm lucky to be guiding a visually impaired runner, Chris Lancaster, for the Boston Marathon. Please consider donating to his Team With a Vision fundraising page if you can to help support a ton of VI/Blind programs: charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/…
