There have now been 9 medium to major disruptions within Meta ads manager since the start of August. This is more than May-July combined. Simple fixes like a broken duplicate button go unfixed or not even acknowledged for weeks. It’s inexcusable. Fix your ad platform Meta.

@herrmanndigital Since June the reps have been terrible. Emails go unanswered for weeks on end when at the start of the year you'd get a reply in days.

The duplicate button has been broken in all our ad accounts on Meta since Saturday. I've pinged reps and not heard back on this. Are we the lucky few that this has happened to?
