A loose remake of the original, along the same lines as Snyder’s Dawn of the Dead remake. While this type of zombie, fast, aggressive, brutal, can be really effective, this went way overboard to almost cartoonish. For such a small budget, this forced so many decapitations.

I think this really would have slapped during covid. Covid zoom hang & paranoia x Paranormal Activity. I wasn’t huge on the opening, maybe it’s shell-shock, but the ending rips and is so effective. Actually made with Zoom and the horror work is really well realized.

This was pretty fun, but it’s much more just a shoot em up than anything else. It’s marked under zombie horror but is more along the vibe of I am Legend, Army of the Dead, or 30 Days of Night with vampire-like monsters that burn in the sun. Macho man gun-em-down
