A 2020 Democrat congressional nominee, DNC delegate, Obama-Biden White House alum. Self-describes as a "missionary Democrat." Texted Prevost the day of the conclave and got a thumbs-up back. The pope has posted on X about him. He's not hiding it. His own words.. "Donald Trump has never been pro-life. He is anti-Catholic. His presidency is an abomination to our faith, and Catholics must do everything in our power to ensure MAGA dies at the ballot box once and for all." "Today the Church fought back against Donald Trump." On The Hill, on the record... Trump will "regret these remarks politically in the midterms. And who will regret the remarks most is JD Vance and his potential campaign for president." That's a Democrat strategist calling his shot with the pope as his pawn. The Pentagon story? Hale was almost certainly the laundering channel. He confirmed the meeting on his Substack the same day the Free Press broke it. Then it cascaded… "a Vatican source close to Pope Leo XIV" to NBC Chicago. Hale himself tallied the pickup... "the fifth news outlet to describe the meeting in this way." Same phrasing. Same week. Same guy boosting every iteration. And the receipts he's been publishing in real time are devastating. He broke the Axelrod meeting before the Vatican confirmed it. He broke the Obama-circle "early talks" weeks earlier. He confirmed the Vatican shelved a US trip after the Pentagon confrontation. He has access no US senator has, and he's using it to run a midterm op. Zoom out on the choreography. Obama's chief strategist walks into the Vatican for 30 extra minutes on April 9. Same day, the new nuncio Caccia... fresh from being the Vatican's UN observer... gets his first papal audience. Same day, Leo signs a formal message endorsing a "universal authority" over the nations. Four days later, three Francis-picked cardinals do a coordinated 60 Minutes hit on Trump. The next day, Leo's "majoritarian tyranny" letter drops. None of that is coincidence. And the cardinals admit the chain of command in their own words. Tobin... participation in the consistory "with Pope Leo and brother cardinals… convince me of the need to underscore the vision of Pope Leo." Cupich: "Pope Leo has given us clear direction and we must apply his teachings to the conduct of our nation and its leaders." The same Cupich who arranged Pritzker's Vatican meeting, tried to honor Durbin, and convinced Francis to install McElroy in Washington two weeks before Trump's inauguration specifically to punish Trump's ambassador pick. The pope refuses to meet the sitting US president. He declined Trump's July 4 invitation. He's spending America's 250th on Lampedusa instead. He hosts Axelrod for a half hour and says nothing publicly about it. Every Illinois Democrat who asks gets an audience. The Catholic Chicago machine has been exported straight into the Vatican. This is a Democrat operative with a direct line to the pope running a midterm influence op. Leo isn't a shepherd anymore. He's a campaign surrogate. And Hale is the man laundering the product into American media. Disgraceful does not cover it.

"My predecessors have expressed the need for updated institutions and a universal authority… marked by the principle of subsidiarity." The Pope is endorsing a framework for global governance. A "universal authority" above nation-states. He grounds this in John XXIII's Pacem in Terris and Benedict's Caritas in Veritate. Scripture says something very different about the end-times consolidation of global authority. Revelation 13:7… "It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation." The Bible's vision of a "universal authority" over all nations is the Beast. Scripture does not present global governance as an aspiration. It presents it as a warning. The consolidation of authority over "every tribe, tongue, and nation" is the hallmark of the Antichrist system, not the common good. Daniel 7:23… "The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all other kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth." A kingdom that devours the whole earth. Universal authority. The Pope calls for it as a social good. Daniel calls it a beast. The pope cites popes. The Bible cites God.

The fact that he keeps using Lebanon as a positive example of Muslims and Christians living together, when the Christian population there has been persecuted and reduced to just 30% of the country, is an issue. He seems to always grade Islam on a curve.
