@COMRADICAL @DrHussar @_NamelessGoon The damage perks and the inconsistency of damage is by far fallout 4’s combat biggest issue. New Vegas has a bit of that issue but damage perks being more flavor based makes it way better.

@DrHussar @CLBAesthetics @_NamelessGoon Nahh the gunplay in 4 feels bad and the perks suck ass and are subtractive by design, like how the reloading animations feel weirdly slowed down until you buy the perk for reloading. More over it looses to other open world shooters like STALKER and far cry 4 which is pathetic.

I'll be very curious if Josh Sawyer's new Fallout game will use Unreal Engine – which is what Obsidian's entire studio uses – or if they'll pull the latest Elder Scrolls 6 version of the Creation Engine over from Bethesda.
I suspect it'll be whichever gets the game made faster.

@TBagGamingYT A port with PC max settings at 4k 60fps would make it the best console version, and if it has FOV slider and 120 fps mode with the required fixes, bundled DLCs, it would be the best version of BO2 (if none of the improvements get ported to PC)

Tbh, not 120fps and no FOV slider is a bit of a disappointment, but not that big of a deal.
As long as we get fresh servers with better graphics than the PS3, we're good lmao
