I’m chalking up Travis Bazzana’s 2025 to his oblique injury. He spent the better part of three months nursing it back to health, and it’s very apparent the injury zapped his bat speed and ability to get the barrel out. I really think 2026 will be the best version of him.

Incredibly confusing that of all the possible lefty hitters who could have been in the lineup today, they picked Nolan Jones who is clearly hurt again and has seen his average exit velocity plummet like a lead weight in water over the past two weeks.
