Davis after a January 2024 investigation that revealed he made fraudulent Craigslist posts impersonating the victim. The posts advertised the victim for sexual services and used her full name, photos, home address, phone number and age. They also encouraged people to come to her home "anytime." The victim said she received numerous harassing calls and messages and that she worried for her safety, as well as her child's. Investigators said Davis used his credit card to pay for the posts, and he's on video admitting to creating them.
