@HornT73 @NickM_hockey @ConorMcGahey That said, it shouldn't be surprising at all if Wedgewood gets some votes for the Vezina. I don't expect him to win, there are goaltenders putting up gaudier numbers with less help, but that shouldn't take away from Wedgewood has managed to do this season.

@HornT73 @NickM_hockey @ConorMcGahey The difference is that Wedgewood has played less than 40 games while everybody else above him has played between 46-50 this season because they don't have the luxury of also having Mackenzie Blackwood, whose advanced stats are also pretty darn good.

Just an idea (if you want) to have a goalie who has played 38 games and who leads the NHL in both goals against and save percentage. #GoAvsGo

Avoidable hit by MacKinnon? Maybe? At 20 mph, no chance. He was hit into Ingram. That’s a 2 minute penalty for sure. No argument. But at that speed, with no intent to injure, and being shoved into the goalie, that’s the wrong call. A bad call. And zero explanation to the coach.
