हल्द्वानी रेलवे की जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा करने वालों के विषय में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के परिप्रेक्ष्य में तीन विन्दूओं पर ध्यान दिया जाय ।
१- जो उत्तराखंड के मूल निवासी हैं उन्हें ही पहचान कर आवास योजना के तहत आवास दिया जाय।
२- जो इस देश के निवासी हैं और अन्य प्रदेश से आये हैं और वहां उनकी सम्पत्ति या मकान है उनकी व्यवस्था के लिए वहां की सरकार को लिखा जाय।
३- जिनकी नागरिकता SIR में प्रमाणित हो कि वे इस देश के नागरिक हैं उन्हें ही आवास की योजना में शामिल किया जाय।
मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि उत्तराखंड सरकार को एक भी परिवार को आवास देने की आवश्यकता ही नहीं पड़ेगी ।

This is heartbreaking and chilling from Uttarakhand 💔 Journalist Rajeev Pratap, age ~36 ran a digital news channel called Delhi Uttarakhand Live. He used to report on local issues recently he posted stories about the condition of the district hospital in Uttarkashi and irregularities in a school His wife says that after uploading those videos, Rajeev began receiving threats people warned him to take them down On September 16 (or around then), he went missing while heading towards Gangori-Bhatwari Late night of September 18, his last known message to his wife went undelivered, she says he called, saying he felt anxious because of threats On September 19, his car badly damaged was found in the Bhagirathi River near Gangori Then on Sunday, his body was recovered from Joshiyara barrage in the river Police say it looks like an accident his car may have skidded into the swollen river The family rejects that, they say he was abducted, that he didn’t just fall off the road We are left with more questions than answers, Rajeev’s voice is silenced but the questions he raised & the mystery of his death cannot be buried, his family deserves truth & Justice

आपदा आई तो उत्तरकाशी से डीएम समेत तमाम अफसर दोपहर बाद आपदाग्रस्त गांव धराली के लिए रवाना हुए लेकिन 12 किमी आगे नेताला में पहाड़ खिसककर सड़क आ गया। चार पाँच घंटे काफिला वहीं खड़ा रहा। जैसे तैसे सड़क खुली तो 25-26 किमी आगे पापड़ गाड़ पहुँचे, तब तक यहाँ सड़क वॉशआउट हो चुकी थी। अब भटवाड़ी में सुबह होने का इंतज़ार हो रहा है, अगर पापड़ गाड़ में सबकुछ ठीक रहा तो अफसरों के सुबह तक घटनास्थल पर पहुँचने की संभावना है
