Just like a coach rte for the exurbs or region might run with a local bus for a while. They can serve different purposes & enhance connectivity with ez transfers.

@Amtrak While you’re just trying to temper our expectations, if the view & scenery out the windows are a marketing point, it’d make sense that operations & maintenance were coordinated so windows were cleaned often enough to meet expectations. Otherwise you’re no better than @McDonalds!
