1/ EU citizens are not impacted by the US sanctions on Tornado Cash, BUT
mixers will be seen as high-risk transactions under the upcoming EU regulation.
Connected assets will be hard to off-ramp, need justification, and might be reported to financial supervisors.

1/ End of June, the EU reached political agreements on MiCA & TFR, the most comprehensive crypto regulations to date in a major jurisdiction.

I’ve heard a lot of people say “the deadline for the #FATF #TravelRule is this summer.” But actually that’s not quite true. The change that took place, the inclusion of VAs and VASPs, became effective back in October 2018.

All countries are effectively in the #FATF regime. It covers 200+ countries around the world. So in fact, the FATF Recommendations are quasi treaty obligations. They're going to apply everywhere on the planet.
