The M109A1B codenamed by the Soviets as "Product 39" to hide the acquisition of this trophy vehicle. It was captured from the Iranian forces by Iraqi forces. The M109A1B was trialled from 1984 up until 1985.
Prototype BMP-1 with a gas turbine engine. Sadly, unknown which GTD variant this is. Some sources state it to be a GTD-3, while others claim it to be a GTD-700. Would have been interesting to see a BMP-1 with a 50hp/t power to weight ratio.

@Volke__ The images make it obvious they aren't rubber flaps, since there is no sag, and they have bolts going through the layered plates to keep the internal plates in a fixed position.
Not so long ago BMP-3s with Karkas-II ERA were spotted in use, but what was not paid attention to as much were the previously rubber plates on the turret ERA, well as it turns out these are no rubber mats/plates, they are in fact NERA plates meant for addon protection.
