5. From this perspective, it seems questionable and potentially unfair toward other people, and it can also be seen as an institutional failure to rely too heavily on formal credentials as the main selection criterion.

4. I find it highly irresponsible to select people for senior positions or role model roles based only on their university degree. Without considering their personal history, character, or sustained effort over time without external support, such decisions can be misleading.

5. From a social perspective, such highly selected career trajectories can also lead to a strong sense of status and confidence in professional settings, which may be perceived externally as distance or arrogance.

4. In his view, this creates a very different experience compared to self-directed migration, where individuals have to independently adapt, integrate, and establish themselves from the ground up.

I find it difficult when very different life circumstances are used to frame or compare illness burden. It does not always feel comparable or fully transparent. #SIH #cPDPH

This is iatrogenic PTSD resulting from the immense amount of gaslighting by the physicians patients interacted with. Even I, as a physician myself, am suffering from the same thing and limiting my interactions with colleagues about my daughter’s disease. This is not a side issue
