बिहार राज्य के बक्सर जनपद के किसानों के लिए सीएसआईआर-सीमैप, लखनऊ में औषधीय, सगंध पौधों की उन्नत खेती, प्रसंस्करण एवं विपणन विषय पर पाँच दिवसीय (16-20 मार्च 2026) प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम. कृषि प्रौद्योगिकी प्रबंध अभिकरण (ATMA), बक्सर, बिहार द्वारा चयनित किसानों को औषधीय एवं सगंध पौधों की खेती, प्रसंस्करण एवं विपणन तकनीकों के प्रति जागरूक करने हेतु पाँच दिवसीय (16–20 मार्च 2026) प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन सीएसआईआर-केन्द्रीय औषधीय एवं सगंध पौधा संस्थान, लखनऊ में किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में बक्सर जनपद, बिहार के कुल 29 प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिया। सीएसआईआर–केंद्रीय औषधीय एवं सगंध पौधा संस्थान (सीमैप), लखनऊ में कृषि प्रौद्योगिकी प्रबंध अभिकरण (ATMA), बक्सर, बिहार से आए किसानों के लिए आयोजित पाँच दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का समापन सत्र सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न हुआ। समापन सत्र के दौरान प्रशिक्षण समन्वयक डॉ. संजय कुमार ने निदेशक महोदय का धन्यबाद करते हुये प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम की गतिविधियों एवं उपलब्धियों से प्रतिभागियों को अवगत कराया। कि एरोमा मिशन के अंतर्गत जम्मू, राजस्थान, बिहार एवं झारखंड सहित विभिन्न राज्यों में लेमनग्रास, पामारोजा, मिंट, वेटिवर एवं लैवेंडर जैसी सगंध फसलों पर व्यापक कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बिहार से आए प्रतिभागियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए आश्वस्त किया कि उनके क्षेत्रों में भी सीमैप की टीम निरंतर तकनीकी सहयोग प्रदान करती रहेगी। तकनीकी सत्र में डॉ. राम सुरेश शर्मा ने संस्थान की सेवाओं एवं गतिविधियों की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की। इससे पूर्व श्री दीपक कुमार वर्मा द्वारा प्रतिभागियों को संस्थान की विभिन्न प्रयोगशालाओं एवं सुविधाओं का अवलोकन कराया गया तथा प्रक्षेत्र भ्रमण के माध्यम से औषधीय एवं सगंध पौधों की पहचान कराई गई। इसके पश्चात डॉ. आर. के. श्रीवास्तव ने हर्बल उत्पाद एवं वैल्यू एडिशन के विषय में जानकारी दी। अंत में डॉ. राम सुरेश शर्मा ने सभी अतिथियों एवं प्रतिभागियों का धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। इस अवसर पर डॉ. ऋषिकेश भिसे, दीपक कुमार वर्मा तथा आत्मा बिहार के पदाधिकारी सहित वैज्ञानिक, कर्मचारी एवं शोधार्थी उपस्थित रहे। @CSIR_IND @DrJitendraSingh @DrNKalaiselvi @zabeerahmedb

Team CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants actively participated in the CSIR Smart Village Initiative at Kusunpur village, Kendrapara, Odisha, contributing to grassroots development through science-led interventions. The programme was graced by Raghuram R. Iyer, along with R. Pradeep Kumar and Ramanuj Narayan, who interacted with the CIMAP team and explored crop-based solutions tailored for local conditions under the Smart Village Mission. As part of its outreach, CIMAP distributed palmarosa and tulsi seeds to farmers while empowering over 100 women through skill development training, benefiting more than 200 farmers in the region. दिनांक 13/03/2026 को मध्य प्रदेश के ग्राम- बरखेड़ी जागीर, जिला - उज्जैन, के किसानों के मध्य सीएसआईआर- सीमैप के द्वारा चलाये जा रहे हैं एरोमा मिशन फेज 3 तथा फ्लोरीकल्चर मिशन फेज 2 के तहत एक दिवसीय जागरूकता एवं प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के साथ ही पौध वितरण भी किया गया। जिसमें सीएसआईआर-सीमैप से आए डॉ अनिल कुमार सिंह, डॉ राजेंद्र प्रसाद पटेल डॉ. रक्षपाल सिंह जी एवं श्री स्वप्निल श्रीवास्तव, ने गेंदे, गुलाब, रजनीगंधा, चमेली के साथ साथ औषधीय फसलो जैसे अश्वगंधा, कालमेघ, तुलसी के अलावा सगंध फसलो यथा लेमनग्रास , पामारोजा, जिरेनियम इत्यादि की खेती के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। किसान उक्त फसलो के अवशिष्ट से मूल्यसंवर्धन , जैविक खाद(केंचुआ खाद) निर्माण, मशरुम की खेती व फूलो की खेती के साथ इससे बनने वाले गुलाब जल , अगरबत्ती आदि से आय के अन्य साधन को लेकर काफी उत्साहित दिखे। किसानो को फसल अवशिष्ट से कटलरी निर्माण की भी विधिवत जानकारी सीमैप के इन विशेषज्ञो द्वारा प्रदान की गयी। कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन मे सुमित डाबी, मांगीलाल मालवीय,रंजीत मीणा,माखन लाल वर्मा , रविन्द्र सिंह जी एवं अन्य ग्रामवासियों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में 50 से अधिक किसानो ने भाग लिया हैं तथा इस प्रकार के महत्वपूर्ण प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करने के लिए सीएसआईआर-सीमैप के निदेशक डॉ. जबीर अहमद एवं फ्लोरीकल्चर मिशन के परियोजना अध्यक्ष डॉ. राजेश कुमार वर्मा जी का धन्यवाद किया गया। #aromamission @CSIR_IND @DrJitendraSingh @DrNKalaiselvi @zabeerahmedb
