We remember the three school children and teacher who were murdered during a shooting attack at the Ozar HaTorah Jewish School, Toulouse, in 2012.
The attack formed part of an al-Qaeda-inspired shooting spree in Toulouse and Montauban earlier that month on 11 and 15 March 2012. Victims included a father (who also taught at the school) with his two sons and the daughter of the school's headteacher.
It’s a stark reminder of why security measures are vital at Jewish schools. CST has a dedicated team that facilitates commercial guarding at communal schools, funded by the Government. We also work closely with schools, year-round, offering free security advice and assisting with funding for enhanced physical security measures.
