In 2019 @Tate took a fabulous exhibition of #Hockney works to Beijing, and it was FABULOUS…. Particularly seeing his works alongside the Chinese art that inspired him, and in the urban settings that inspired the Chinese art…

This old favourite comes out of the locker every four years 😊 I hope some 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 or 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 men get to pick this up too, next month. Good luck to both teams! #worldcup

Sitting in as 🇦🇺 🇨🇦 and 🇬🇧 Foreign Ministers have their discussions an immense privilege. Our countries and our Ministerial bosses: vital allies, close colleagues, and supportive friends.

Pleased to meet with Prime Minister @narendramodi and External Affairs Minister @DrSJaishankar. We discussed the most pressing global challenges including resuming freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz - and strengthened our bilateral relationship, agreeing new cooperation on maritime security and critical minerals. It is the work we do internationally which makes us stronger at home

Launched the 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚–𝐔𝐊 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 (𝐆𝐒𝐂𝐎) today in New Delhi along with Hon'ble Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom, Ms. @YvetteCooperMP. The launch marks a significant milestone in the growing India–UK partnership on critical minerals and supply chain resilience, reinforcing cooperation to secure resources essential to clean energy transitions, advanced manufacturing, electric mobility, and emerging technologies. The discussions highlighted the importance of building resilient, diversified, and sustainable critical mineral supply chains, enhancing information-sharing, promoting technology collaboration, and creating new opportunities across the critical minerals value chain.
