The origin of life isn’t only a biology problem—it’s a probability problem, and the numbers to atheism and evolutionism are devastating. The chance of one functional protein: 1 in 10⁷⁴. The universe has 10⁸⁰ atoms total. The simplest living cell needs 500 proteins simultaneously—odds of 1 in 10³⁷’⁰⁰⁰. The universe’s entire event budget since the Big Bang: 10¹⁴². This gap isn’t a hurdle, it’s a category error. Add chirality—life uses exclusively left-handed amino acids against a 50/50 chemical split, and the probability multiplies worse. Add the RNA problem, and the information problem. Every layer compounds the last. Hubert Yockey, information theorist: “The origin of life by chance is impossible in probability in the same sense a perpetual motion machine is impossible.” Fred Hoyle, a lifelong atheist, did the math and got 1 in 10⁴⁰’⁰⁰⁰, concluding a “superintellect has monkeyed with physics, chemistry and biology.” Chance didn’t build the cell. Chance can’t build the cell. The universe isn’t old enough, large enough, or resourceful enough. Not even close. “We just got lucky” isn’t a hypothesis, it’s a faith position.

@thisissavvy1 Jesus would be the only socialist who died for my sins. Presuming the Bible is correct.

Name a communist who died for your sins. Jesus isn’t a liberal, conservative, republican, democrat, socialist, or communist. He wouldn’t have signed your petition or joined your march. He’s the Son of God. He came to bring heaven to earth and reconcile humanity to the Father.
Metatron@pureMetatron

So let me get this straight. Christians are apparently overwhelmingly far-right but at the same time Jesus was basically a communist. Did I get this right?

@pureMetatron That is correct. Modern American Christianity has drifted a great deal from the teachings of Jesus. They embrace old testament law with far more zeal.

The odds of one man fulfilling 8 prophecies: 1 in 100 quadrillion 48 prophecies: 1 in 10¹⁵⁷ Yet Jesus fulfilled 353 Old Testament prophecies written centuries before his birth. This is not coincidence, this is proof that He is the Messiah.
