He definitely lied to Congress about it, but that doesn't open him up to civil liability to the public. I still don't see how you can be pardoned for something you haven't been convicted of.

A pullback to $193 is the first real sign of resistance after that entire run. Yes, I was formerly homeless and addicted to drugs. But now, in recovery, I pay a lot of taxes on everything like everyone else. The billionaire tax is just another way to eventually get to the middle class to raise taxes. You'll never convince me otherwise. @garrytan
