Everyone he wanted in power is currently in power. But, he is now leaving the country to move to Argentina. What am I missing here?

@JezziiB None of my kids got the HPV vaccine. My daughter claims she's one of the few women she knows without HPV. I haven't looked into it, but I wonder if getting the HPV vaccine encourages more risky behavior?
