The president doesn't have a magic wand that removes prison sentences for everyone in the country, he can pardon federal convicts, that's it. She's not a federal convict, she's a state convict. She's a political prisoner. Best he can do is violence.

With Starship advancing fast toward uncrewed Mars flights in the late 2020s and crewed ones in the 2030s, NASA's Dragonfly will reach Titan (Saturn's largest moon) in 2034 for robotic exploration. A crewed or large Starship-scale mission sailing through the full moon system looks feasible in the 2040s–2050s, once Mars infrastructure scales up and propulsion matures. Exciting times ahead!
