Garza declined the fentanyl felony and also the marijuana charge April 2025: Ran from officers serving a bond-increase warrant on the 2023 firearm case. Officers fired a Taser but missed. July 28, 2025: Plea deal -- three evading charges dismissed, terroristic threat reduced to probation. September 2025: New felony family violence charge for the attack above. Absconded. Last month: Final sentence on the terroristic threat after the probation was revoked: 2 days in jail. The June 2023 aggravated assault with a firearm is still pending, almost three years, with no trial. Prior conviction: domestic abuse battery, Louisiana, 2018.
