Ever since I helped @FACEIT facilitate the reintroduction of the @FACEITcs FPL-Circuit in NA nearly 5 years ago (with PreGame, Mythic, and dust2us), I have seen the issue I address below get worse and worse as time goes on. The sole stat that is highlighted before every pug begins... before any player is picked in the 10man hubs... *Average Kills* It's all any1 ever talks about, and it's pretty much all the admins (or cliques of self-righteous committee members) of these hubs base their decisions on whether or not to kick players from these so-called highly competitive environments that are supposed to bring competitors from various high tier teams together to demonstrate teamplay. Yet, ironically this very stat is one of the major driving factors that perpetuates poor decision-making, in most cases results in rounds lost, economies broken, and ultimately games lost. I see it all the time. I have legitimately heard people say (in Mythic Diamond for example) "throw this round I need to get my average kills up" ... while at 12-7 ... and they weren't kidding. I am certain this is a constant thought in any of these kids' heads... I am sure of it. It's complete garbage. We deserve better as a community, or else our ecosystem will continue spiraling towards its demise. This is a REAL issue, one of the TOP issues in my honest and humble opinion and the funny thing is there's a really simple solution. These 3rd party platforms have access to FAR more Advanced Stats that paint a much better picture for how well a player contributes to these games. When I worked for @ESL I pushed the product launch of the Advanced Match Stats on @ESEA, where it showcased FK, FD, ES%, TrK, TrD, HE, EF, EFT, FA, etc... and I wanted to do more like KAST and some sort of rating similar to HLTV. I was very proud of ESEA for moving quickly on this because it helped give credit to the team players out there, and helped highlight what CS is all about - teamwork and some of the intangibles. @ESL @FACEIT @MythicRebornGG I demand that you step up and do better and anyone else out there looking to create an environment that actually gives a damn about competitive integrity and teamplay - the very core of what makes the game we love so great. Highlight more than just AVG kills as a stat in these lobbies... ADR, Utility Usage, KAST, HLTV Rating, etc... I am confident it will help cultivate a better overall future for Counter-Strike.

@CounterStrike stop fucking around and at the minimum gives us 128 tick custom servers back. Why make the game worse? 128tick subtick servers felt great during the beta. You have made over a billion dollars off cs. If you wanna do 64 tick for premier that's fine.

@CounterStrike Make cs2 128 tick. Less time in-between ticks lowers the goofiness of getting tpd back. As well as removes alot of the peakers advantage. 128 tick on faceit felt so good for cs2. If you don't wanna upgrade the servers at least give serious players the option with faceit.
