@easyJet is it correct that I lose all money paid due to my 14 yr old having to isolate for 10 days on arrival in Netherlands (travelling in 13 days) just rung, no refund/credit/date change they said 😡

@easyJet .. This has got to be a joke… can’t book a city break past October, can’t book a holiday past January, who even knows if we can travel in this time, let alone if I feel comfortable with travelling abroad, you’ve made it so I literally cannot use my credit… nice one
