Tim Gard's "Instructor Development Opportunities" session at this year's CVSA Instructor In-Service in Savannah, Georgia, provides attendees with tools and information to hemp them become better instructors by improving their instruction skillsets and managing stress.

At the DQST-IIS interactive "Courtroom Testimony" session, attendees experienced a live mock trial, including expert advice, live surveys, a panel discussion and a Q&A. Participants learned how to prepare for testimony and clearly explain inspection findings and data methods.

At this week's CVSA Instructor In-Service "Practical Cargo Tank Inspection" session, attendees received detailed information on cargo tank inspections. The training session included cut-away models for hands-on demonstrations and learning.

At our general session, @ga_dps Major Andrew Montgomery welcomed 300+ individuals to Georgia for our colocated events – the CVSA Instructor In-Service and CVSA/FMCSA Data Quality and Systems Training. CVSA thanks everyone at Georgia DPS for their hospitality this week.

@FMCSA Deputy Administrator Jesse Elison spoke at our general session about the importance of the instructors who teach the next generation of inspectors and the information specialists who analyze the data, provided by inspectors, to report accurate inspection and crash data.

This morning's joint general session for CVSA/FMCSA Data Quality and Systems Training attendees, and CVSA Instructor In-Service attendees kicked off three days of training in Savannah, Georgia.
