So @cvspharmacy has merged my account with someone else’s. I can see all of her and her kids’ rx’s. I can see her phone number. They ran my last rx thru her insurance. I have called and chatted with multiple agents and no one knows what to do.

So CVS Caremark has added people, including children, to my prescription coverage that I do not know. I do not have children. The people they added are from a state I have never been to. How does this happen?

Glad they told me to be 10 minutes early for my appointment that was supposed to start 20 minutes ago. @CVSHealth do better at scheduling. I was here earlier waiting and the wait time went from 20 minutes to 1h and 10 minutes and no one was here
