#WomenInSTEM @DBTIndia Championing Women-Led Science for a Viksit Bharat. Dr. Pallavi Kshetrapal, Ph.D., Associate Professor, @THSTIFaridabad, has made impactful contributions to maternal and child health, infectious disease research, and national biobanking. She led the establishment of a dedicated National Biobank for maternal and child health and infectious diseases — the first NABL-accredited and DBT-supported biobank to achieve ISO 20387:2018 certification. Her work on standardized biobanking protocols has strengthened research quality, enabled global collaborations, and supported large multi-site cohort studies. Her research has also advanced the understanding of placental inflammation, preterm birth, and metabolic and epigenetic signatures in pregnancy.
