@entropy_phi I love this movie and I would not be surprised in the least if it directly inspired RE4 considering Mikami claimed to throw the story together in a couple of weeks

Watched Dagon (2001) last night and was surprised by how close it is to Resident Evil 4. American guy gets trapped in a rural spanish town full of zombie-like cultists. Gets infected by some mysterious plague and has to save the girl from the cult. Even the merchant shows up.

@smlreviewer Love g-saviour for what it is. As a big fan of 90's television sci-fi it's exactly the kind of cheese I like. Its not as good as say Babylon 5 but it slots right into that era of space soaps

gqx is probably my least favorite gundam next to unicorn not cuz its actually the worst, but because it felt the most personally insulting. i cant hold much hatred towards something like build metaverse or g-savior because you know exactly what you are getting into with those.

@patrician_tv You can't fix an utterly generic space opera setting with a patch unfortunately. I still get enjoyment from it but woof it doesn't feel like they tried at all wrt world building

if Starfield is "just a few mods away from being good," then why can't a company with hundreds of employees just release an update that makes the game good?
