I agree. Part of me thought I was hedged with the $10 buyout but I was wrong. Am down 75% on my $TZROP. At this point, i think we are better off taking the loss and betting on $BBBY who owns over 50% of @tzero. Is more liquid and hedged a bit with their retail business, although that is disaster as well.

I second this! Tzrop holders have lost a lot of other opportunities and are down significant depending on when they invested and percentage, but we always had that $10 buyout hanging in there which I was never for anyway because I believe in this company‘s technology I am in disbelief of the way @ICE_Markets handle this with their team it almost feels like they sabotage this company to slow it down. At the end of the day, I don’t wanna impede the company, but the company has to to do better by the investors

@tZERO @JeroenMensen @AlderLaneEggs @fleckcap @HumbleandH @Alan_Konevsky @marcuslemonis Base: TZROP holders should receive the $10 redemption value which means about 18 shares of B shares for each TZROP. Even this is pitiful based on giving up 10% profit share and years of suffering!

regardless of the outcome of this $TZROP conversion, the value of @tzero will likely go up once the conversion is complete. @tzero equity holders are incented to have the $tzrop conversion to be as low as possible. the bottom in the apparent value of the @tzero equity will likely be on the day that the $TZROP token is converted.

@Alan_Konevsky maybe this vote passes w/the top heavy votes but right now the long-standing loyal @tZERO supporters feel like they are being done dirty. I hope you reconsider and revise the terms before the votes ends & do a new vote. We want to support but need to feel supported

Few thoughts: - Deal could be better. Deal could be worse too. Complicated. Ofc I would want a higher conversion, bigger cut from another pie, etc. A lot of points have already been well articulated & responded to tho already, so really would just encourage everyone to DYOR & vote their opinion: sometimes the first offer isn't the best offer... -Structure/ business has always been complicated & these risks have always been present. Fun to be bullish, but probability of $0 has always been > than $10 buyouts & divy checks, imo. Don't think mgmt team takes restructuring whole biz lightly, and clearly a spark is needed to change course. Is this the right spark? TBD. - Semi-annual auction: I think I maybe understand(?), but don't love it?. Hard to evaluate the (il)liquidity (dis)premium. Really wish there would be more clarity here wrt: 1. Logic: Why? Can this attract/dissuade other issuers to the ATS? Impact self custody solutions? Is it to protect against valuation? Is it too expensive to manage? Does it make sense that other assets will trade 24/7 but not the premier asset? Are there other reasons? Would this ever be reevaluated? 2. IPO: Tangible updates? Is this a likelihood? When/how? What are the KPIs to meet? Does the ATS structure not really matter if IPO is realistic? Appreciate it's a dynamic situation, but hard to take too seriously a one-off press release w no tangible follow up details. Similar sentiment for tZERO-CHAIN: could this be utility / financing solution too? Alive/ dead/ purgatory? Overall takeaway: - Like many things w t0 (while getting better recently) I think this all could/should be marketed/ sold a bit better, i.e.: • How this helps grow to a several billion valuation? • Actually opens door to new partnerships ops? • How much money is even needed/ for which investments? • What does the Board have to say about it (/ anything ever)? • All this to just tap a potential $10m from BBBY? (Not super compelling and hope not /doubt it's the full story) Think if it's actually game time for tZERO, some IR investments really need to be made and shouldn't be primarily CEO / investors parsing thru X. Could really help a lot of skeptical folks feel a lot more excited about this. The community wants to be supportive, I'd encourage the team think about how to use this as an opportunity - never let a crisis go to waste. 👍

@tZERO is seeking the consent of all tZERO holders to enable the conversion of TZROP security tokens into tokenized Series B preferred equity, strengthening alignment with long-term shareholders and supporting potential future capital formation and strategic transactions. If approved, the proposal would: • provide TZROP holders with equity participation in future value creation • simplify tZERO’s capital structure • support a potential up to $10M capital commitment from @BedBathBeyond Resulting Series B shares are expected to remain tokenized and custodied on-chain within tZERO’s regulated infrastructure, with planned semi-annual, auction-based liquidity opportunities over time. If you are a TZROP holder, please visit our secure voting portal, available here, to learn more about our proposal and to cast your vote. Voting ends at 5:00 p.m. EDT on April 28. 2026. $BBBY @marcuslemonis just made his annual change of company President. That fact, shorty after the quarter ended, does not typically bode well for the quarter's earnings. While I have been promoting Amy Sullivan to assume more responsibility at Beyond Inc., the timing is bad.

Ding. Ding. Ding. It’s not the top kids that this system will fail. It’s the kids who make $500k and then $600k. They graduate, their careers sputter out and then go to get an office job and make $75k. What are they going to do then. The ncaa won’t care…
