(2/2) It is bittersweet to be teaching it for the last time this week. It’s time to pass the baton on to the new @SBTS_PhD director, but it’s sad and hard to say goodbye to this awesome pedagogical moment.

Several years ago I created a class for our doctoral program called Foundations for Theological Study. We read & discuss a whole bunch of great books (more than this stack) on epistemology and the calling of being a scholar. It has been a great joy. (1/2)
