🔥 A key question in #CHIP: why do some mutant HSC clones expand while others remain constrained? 🎯 In a new study in @BloodJournal, Lee et al. (@SC_Allison_Yeh) provide a compelling answer: the BM niche in CHIP is a mosaic of “hot” and “cold” cavities, where macrophage-driven remodeling shapes Tet2 HSC clonal fitness.
