New research suggests that night-to-night variations in #sleep predict day-to-day variations in symptoms of #dementia, more so than in people without cognitive impairment. Optimizing time in bed and sleep continuity could improve symptoms, researchers say. bit.ly/3wH3KvU

@_campierce A type 2 diabetes drug was able to reduce a bunch of indicators of Alzheimer’s disease by correcting damaged vasculature (due to Alzheimer’s) in the brain. The drug can’t actually get into the brain so fixing blood vessels is an efficient way to fix problems.

Researchers have found it's possible to determine the timing of a person's body clock via a single blood draw. Ultimately, the findings could lead to personalized recommendations for when people should eat, #sleep, exercise & take medications. ow.ly/8rIC50FFBtN #circadian
