Kalshi mentions update: Been on a pretty good streak the last ~10 days. Haven't had a losing day in almost two weeks, and have already almost doubled my portfolio since withdrawing 20k for my home's down payment. Even crazier - I think there's only one or two losing *markets* mixed in that period. Big wins on Oscars and Hochul, with smaller wins on basketball and TV interviews. Let's keep it rolling!

Posted the alpha in @PredictHQ_ community alpha but thought I'd post here as well. > Earnings reports have disclosures at the beginning to protect against liability > Saw in last earnings report they changed the template from "Safe Harbor" to "uncertainties" > Used AI to analyze previous templates and how many times through they were used. 3-4 quarters For past several years before switching > Bought shares and profited. However buying at 90 cents doesn't yield as much profit so I dug more using Event Alpha (Shameless plug) and saw luxury was massively under priced.

Prediction markets paid for my house: Started seriously trading prediction markets back in February with a big +$5k Jason Kelce Super Bowl trade. Since then, I've grown my portfolio from $8k to $24.5k on mentions markets after an insane +$8k night of NBA last night. That's $21.5k of profit in just over a month. Today, I'm withdrawing $20k to fund a down payment on my first home. Very thankful for the mentions community and excellent Kalshi staff, and excited to continue participating in the markets for the foreseeable future!

IMO much more important than tools, if you wanna be a top trader you need to grow your network If you’re just starting out, build a rapport with people who know what they’re doing and try to learn from them If you’re an intermediate, find others who have skills that you lack and lean on them to cover your weaknesses If you’re established, mentor a beginner and let them do your grunt work in exchange for your counsel Prediction markets are PVP but the synergistic bonus from working with a competent group is much greater than the profits you’ll lose from constraining your liquidity You need to have something to offer though— no one wants to work with an alpha leech! Develop a skillset and become useful, then recruit others to help fill in the gaps.
