@CorporateP2025 @IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley Good find. Too bad none of the spokesmouths on the "news" networks will say a word about it. They have been told what to say (and not). How about let's have the same immigration policy as Israel!

“Only a moronic nation would allow birth tourism to flourish.” @JonathanTurley: the policy is “perfectly insane” — and even liberal justices suddenly rediscovered “original intent” when it suits them. This isn’t settled law. It’s a debate we’ve avoided for decades.

@operationH2012 @IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley You aren't too picky about the 2nd are you? "A free state"? The means feds HANDS OFF the guns if the "free state" says so. How many times have they mangled this by reasoning out of thin air? Too many to count.

@VAvoterX @IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley @UVALaw The psychotic Left took over the law schools decades ago. NOT ONE spoke vs. Porter v. NCSU fed precedent case tenured academic FIRED FOR SPEECH (he mocked the Holy DEI!). SCOTUS refused to review 2-1 appeals decision. We've been getting knifed like this for decades. Lower courts.

@PaulFis92271322 @IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley In LA County it's been 25-30% for decades. They hide this number. Many SoCal counties Texas as well are this bad. There's one in Texas where a MAJORITY of births are "anchors" been since SCOTUS gave away the store crossing the border for free US education. Plyler v. Doe 1982.

@IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley LI: Are you saying that you would not respect or honor the Supreme Court ruling? Have you read the 14th Amendment? Does this mean that you can change any Amendment arbitrarily. Reality is that "Birth Tourism" is what .05% of all births? Put your negativity in some context.

@IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley Then add one law to eliminate "birthright tourism". It won't require an amendment. It will be supported by the word "residence" in the 14th amendment. Don't expect SCOTUS to make laws. Look at the GOP controlled House and Senate.

@IngrahamAngle @BasedSavannah @JonathanTurley Two Chinese came to California in tourists visas: one had twins, and the other a breech baby. Both stiffed the hospital totaling $980,000. Now their babies will petition for them, they will go on SSI, collect welfare, housing, education, food, grants, and loans meant for taxpayers.

@asmartbrunette1 @IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley Read Gorsuch opinions, some of the best SCOTUS work ever. She is smart enough to reason around the plain facts and logic, she's obsessed with distancing herself from Trump to the point it affects her judgment. He and his Big Mouth are no help of course but rhetoric is not law.

@ClareKearns2 @IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley She was married to a US citizen. We are so weak we let alien criminals buy "green card" marriages some of the co-conspirator females divorce and then do it again. No law to stop them and enforcement in Demoslut cities and states is non-existent.

@caringguy1957 @IngrahamAngle @mileymckenna9 @JonathanTurley How long did it take to travel when that old case was decided? Now all of a sudden you don't like that "living document" that can adjust to suit new realities? Once the Left was exultant over Roe where they found a "right to privacy" in the 4th that was never considered at first.

Caring Guy💙🇺🇸🌈✌🏻
Jonathan, this isn’t a “policy,” and it’s not some open-ended debate. Birthright citizenship comes directly from the Constitution, the 14th Amendment. That makes it a constitutional right, not something a president or Congress can tweak based on preference. And yes, it is absolutely settled law. The Supreme Court decided this in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, over a century ago, holding that a child born on U.S. soil is a citizen regardless of the parents’ nationality, with only narrow exceptions like foreign diplomats. That decision has stood for more than 100 years and has never been overturned. What you’re calling a “debate we’ve avoided” is really just an attempt to relitigate something the Constitution already resolved. You don’t get to redefine a constitutional guarantee by labeling it “insane” or pretending it’s unsettled. If someone wants to change birthright citizenship, there’s only one legitimate path, amend the Constitution. Until then, a citizen born here is a citizen, full stop.

@akwesionline @IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley Who get AFDC on top the free medical for "indigent care". This has bankrupted hospitals all over the west. Sacramento County fired their public health MD for daring to speak of how foreign academics at UC Davis and Sac. State were getting "tourist surgeries" and walking away.

Only a moronic nation WOULDN’T milk birth tourism for all it’s worth 😂 Ingraham and Turley clutching pearls over rich foreigners paying $50k+ cash for US hospital deliveries like it’s not the ultimate capitalist flex. These aren’t welfare anchors — they’re pre-paid future taxpayers and consumers buying American citizenship with private money while we subsidize everyone else. 14th Amendment says born here = citizen. Period. ‘Original intent’ suddenly matters when it’s Asian/Russian moms instead of the usual script? This isn’t avoided debate. It’s selective outrage in 2026: love immigration until the customers can actually pay the bill. Next: ‘Ban the paying customers, here we go.’ Peak conservative cope on capitalism when it’s brown or yellow babies

But....the dear leader says "we are the only country that has birthright citizenship". Of course, he is lying about that, too. More than 30 countries offer unrestricted birthright citizenship (jus soli). The U.S. is not unique — it’s part of a regional pattern. Nearly every nation in the Americas grants automatic citizenship to anyone born on its soil. Countries with full birthright citizenship include: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, and most Caribbean nations. Outside the Americas, only a few countries maintain unrestricted jus soli. The global pattern is clear: automatic birthright citizenship is the norm across the Western Hemisphere, not an American anomaly.

@IngrahamAngle @JonathanTurley They used to teach "what would the legislators who voted for the law think about this case" as the basis for decisions. THAT is "original intent". Case Closed for this one NO WAY you can pretend that Congress intended ex-slaves to be the precedent for a mass immigration takeover.

@OmarJimenez jA majority of US population has had falling real income and wealth since 2000. 75% of the white families lost ground. US youth population has worst obesity in history, they are the Americans who "won't do those jobs" the immigrants do. US schools have been fumblefest for decades

“We’re just waiting for that president to go." In southern Mexico, I met a woman who initially tried to get to the United States but had her CBP One appointment cancelled when President Trump took office. Now she’s waiting. “After that, we’ll try again."

@drmaggiesa @OmarJimenez @ReynaldoLeanos The rich liberals who fund the Open Borders front groups, lawyers, and buy politicians claw to squeeze into the whitest enclaves in the US. Gavin Newsom's Marin County is one. True on a global scale too, the WEF BIS who live in Switzerland. They voted to limit population growth.

Lots of would-be legal eagles attempting to dunk on @HarmeetKDhillon because they are not aware that there is a special chair reserved for the President at the Supreme Court. Perhaps they should research before smugly asserting she is wrong (they, in fact, are wrong)

There’s literally a chair set up at SCOTUS for our presidents to sit in for oral argument. Your separation of powers nonsense is more imitation pearl-clutching hauteur.
