I write threads for SaaS builders with 0 users. 3 proof in 3 weeks: 1. Marx: 100 views → 3.2k views, 2 DMs [32x boost] 2. Michael: 50 views → 1 signup, invoice paid ✅ 3. Atomic: 30 views → 300 views [3x boost] Free trial → Paid results. Taking 2 new clients this month. DM "THREAD" if you're launching to silence. Proof:notion.so/PROOF-38239d26…

@DavidPreti @kapilansh_twt David nailed it: Product first, then distribution grind 😬 Problem is most founders try to “figure out threads” while building. Doesn’t work. I write threads for founders so distribution isn’t a “slow grind” you do alone. DM “GRIND” if you want my 3 best hooks for product

@kapilansh_twt Built the products first, audience second, and I wouldn't redo it differently. My ideas came from problems I actually lived, not from polling a crowd. But distribution is the slow grind nobody warns you about. Both hard, just in a different order.

@dramaricic Dragan nailed the paradox bro 👇 Founders code because it’s comfortable. Distribution is uncomfortable. But distribution pays the bills. I write threads for founders so you can code AND get distribution. DM “LOOP” if you want out of this cycle

@anayatul_islam @jurrehoutkamp @framer Feel you Anayatul. Built for 1.5 years then algorithm changes 💀 Marketplace reviews = discovery. No reviews = now it’s a distribution game. The winners won’t be best templates. They’ll be best at getting eyeballs outside Framer. Threads > hoping for marketplace traffic now

I’m a small creator in the Framer market, and I know my voice doesn’t really reach far. After seeing that template reviews are removed and anyone can publish like a social post, I honestly feel like the 1.5 years I spent building here might have been a waste of time believing in the system.

If you’re worried about us letting go of the @framer marketplace review system. Please give this a read first. Change isn’t always easy but it’s also the only way forward as things grow. We’re always open to feedback. framer.com/blog/marketpla…

@GiscardPOHOUGBE This is it. “Confusion kills growth” 💀 Seen so many B2B founders with fire products but bios like: “We leverage AI-powered solutions to optimize...” Bro nobody knows what you do. Clarity > cleverness every time.

A weak message creates strong resistance A clear message creates momentum People should immediately understand: Who you help What problem you solve Why it matters If they cannot explain your business after visiting your profile The message needs work Confusion kills growth Clarity accelerates it #BrandPositioning #MarketingStrategy #StartupGrowth

@SaraWadud @Techstars Techstars wisdom hits different 👌 “Building something nobody wants” = 90% of founder graveyard. You can fix product-market fit. You can’t fix zero eyeballs. Distribution > Features every single time.

One thing @Techstars taught me: Most founders don’t fail because they’re bad at building. They fail because they spend years building something nobody desperately wants. Distribution solves more problems than features.

@TheOvermanEthos Facts. Product gets you in the game. Distribution wins it. Seen too many founders with 10x better products lose to worse products with better distribution. The killer skill nobody teaches in startup school.

@Prospel_app 100% this 💯 Product quality = table stakes. Distribution = the moat. Founders build for 6 months then expect launch day to hit. X doesn’t work like that. Start distributing day 1 or you’re launching to crickets.

A founder told me last week: I know my product works. I just can't get anyone to see it. That sentence is the entire SaaS game in 2026. Product quality is table stakes now. Distribution is the differentiator. But most founders approach distribution backwards: → Build for months in private → Launch to crickets → Panic and start cold outreach → Burn out on manual DMs and emails → Wonder why nobody cares The pattern that actually works? Start distributing before you have something to sell. Share the problem you're solving. The decision you're wrestling with. The insight you just learned. The mistake you just made. Visibility isn't a switch you flip at launch. It's a foundation you pour while building. Prospel was built for founders who want consistent visibility without manual content management. Persona Engine generates posts in your voice. Dual-platform publishing keeps you visible on X and LinkedIn. Whale Intelligence surfaces high-follower accounts in your niche so your replies land where they matter. Your product might work. But if nobody knows you exist, it doesn't matter. Start building visibility today. Not next quarter. Not after launch. Today.

I'm 19. I built this alone. I'm still in college. I don't have a team to celebrate with. I don't have investors to call. I just have this product, 2200 users who believed in it early, and a Product Hunt launch page. if you've ever rooted for the underdog - today's the day 🙏

@NealFrazierTech Respect for walking away from security to build bro 👊 Building solo after a partner dips is brutal. But you’ve got the tech + waitlist validated already. That’s 90% of the battle. What’s next for BoomPow?

I walked away from security to build BoomPow, a digital-first vegan food brand. I single-handedly built the tech stack, the brand logic, and a validated waitlist. Then, my partner weaponized my time and walked away due to ego and analysis paralysis. 🧵👇

@cramforce This is huge. The evals layer has been the missing piece for most teams building with agents. How are you thinking about evals at scale vs evals for specific workflows?

I've rarely seen a piece of technology "click" with people like eve. It went through a months long dogfooding and private beta phase and the agents that our customers shipped in minimal time were absolutely incredible. But then, immediately production ready with evals, observability, and rock-solid SDLC

the problem isn’t that solo founders can’t build. it’s that they build for 3 weeks in silence and wonder why nobody pays at launch.

I started building on X 400 days ago. 0 → 7100 followers 0 → 1500 newsletter subs 0 → 50+ high ticket clients Biggest takeaway? Don't compare your day 40 to someone else's day 400.
