The day after we arrest three kids 14 and under for breaking into cars and stealing a gun we see an arrest of a 14 year old in Birmingham for intentional murder. Youth violent crime is not being addressed. Kids have no fear of the juvenile justice system.

Guns don’t bring themselves to a fight or shoot children on their own. The irresponsible adults are to blame for this ridiculous behavior (not incident) and should be held accountable.

Must be swift, severe consequence for outrageous behavior.

Not a new problem but one that has grown into an enormous problem. When I worked in Atl in the late 80s and 90s, food stamps were traded for cash at dirty retailers to buy drugs. Food stamps were also used in undercover operations to buy drugs.

@FoxNews He’s been competent to commit crime after crime after being released from prior offenses. The law needs to focus on the rights and safety of victims and potential victims.

Federal prosecutors says the murder case against the man accused of killing Iryna Zarutska will not be dismissed regardless of a competency ruling. A Bureau of Prisons evaluation concluded Decarlos Dejuan Brown Jr. is not competent to stand trial at this time. Federal officials said the evaluation also found Brown could likely be restored to competency with treatment.
