💢 Strait of Hormuz traffic data contradicts Trump claims
🔸 Kepler data shows only four ships transited the Strait of Hormuz on Monday, directly contradicting President Trump’s claim that “tremendous numbers of ships were sailing through.”
🔸 The figures are part of just 201 crossings in March—a roughly 95% drop from pre-war levels of about 120 ships per day.
🔸 Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth also said, “There are many more vessels flowing through today than there were,” a claim not supported by the available data.
🔸 Of March’s vessel crossings, 121 were oil and gas tankers, most heading east out of the strait, according to Kepler.
