I saw this playlist category on Spotify and love it. As we enter the age of AI and the reconstruction of our civilization, real human craft and touch is more valuable.

Read this in high school English honors class and want to revisit it because it left such a lasting impression on me. A must read and reread.

The power of Restrained Authenticity™ isn't giving ppl online full transparency into your life, but showing intentional humanity. The kind that creates resonance. The kind that reminds people there's a real person behind the brand & titles. Lots of folks need to practice that.

I don’t like the notion that Black ppl have no standards outside of whiteness informing them. If you actually read historically accurate books and grew up in Black spaces, you’d apply more nuance in these conversations.

Said the gods to Odysseus. In order to go home, you must become nothing—stripped from ego & titles. That’s when you truly discover who you are and what you are capable of.

@CallMeWilsar How fun was Veepstakes in 2024? It was energetic lots of media coverage, so much so Trump was angry about it. Using the ousting to create spectacle to then reinforce why Democrats are Democrats and debut a new leader … could be a PR coup for the party brand if we play it right

There are 300 million Americans and you’re telling me only Ken Martin can lead the Democratic Party? If true, then it’s an indictment of the entire pipeline. If not, and someone else could do it, then why is this even an open question.

Democrats throwing out our leader and holding a splashy election with public input (for recurring donors) would allow us to set a new media narrative both with political elites and general public.

As someone who live here in Maryland Brandon Scott is doing a really good job but they really don’t need to be compared. The cities function much different and have vastly different issues to tackle.
