My grandfather was an indentured servant who legally paid his dues to become a proud American citizen! He never made more than $30k/yr and he lived like a king!!

He was a bricklayer and every time I drive around Sandusky, I’m reminded of all his beautiful work!

In every retail position I had, I always put the customer first. They were always right, even when they weren't (unless I was actually educating them on the products). ' When I had my own shop, we catered the inventory to each person. We had spots on the shelf literally for one person. It created loyalty beyond anything else I did. Giving someone the comfort they will always get what they need when they need it is astounding customer service. We were regarded as one of the best spots to do business in the city. People fought horrible parking and shitty hours (only aspect I wouldn't budge) to visit us. In the end, we closed due to government pressure and oversight.

Businesses used to make the best products and provide top notch service. Now they just try to suck the least. Does anyone else notice this?

@CallahanAutoCo I was once using the restroom at a Zalinsky Auto Parts store in Duluth and I caught @2ndRateMatt peeping into stalls!

One of the most awkward parts about being a tall guy is towering above the stalls in the restroom and assuring others you’re not looking at them!
