Rate limited on Claude Opus 4.7 in under 2 hours. 100% session usage. $200/month Max plan. Good thing I bought two. Switching to my second Max plan right now. Back to coding. This is exactly why I said one subscription isn't enough for this model. Claude Opus 4.7 is the best model in the world. It's also the most expensive model to actually use.

openai might've fixed their frontend problem but by having gpt-image 2 generate the UI and 5.5 turn it into code 5.5 is surprisingly good at getting very close to the image

@scaling01 It won't work llms still tell you the code works can even write and run test but when you test it it falls apart. They don't still truly know to tell thing apart, that is if it is correct or not

Is the Claude max plan at $200/mo really unlimited ? I mean can you code non stop for a month with it ? keeping hitting the limit on the $20 plan after 60 minutes

She analyzed Claude's session logs from Janurary to March: > median thinking dropped from ~2,200 to ~600 chars > API requests went up 80x from Feb to Mar. less thinking and failed attempts meaning more retries, burning more tokens, and spending more on tokens > reads-per-edit dropped from 6.6x → 2.0x. model stops researching code before touching it. > model tried to bail out or ask "should i continue" 173 times in 17 days (0 times before March 8). > self-contradiction in reasoning ("oh wait, actually...") tripled. > conventions like CLAUDE.md get ignored because there's less thinking budget to cross-check edits > 5pm and 7pm PST are the worst hours, late night is significantly better. this means the thinking allocation is most likely GPU-load-sensitive.

Playing around with a different style for embedding resources underground. This is giving me more ideas - easy to forget there is so much possibility in different ways of combining SDF edits.

In two weeks I'm flying to China for the first time. I'm really excited, especially as a German, because digitalization is barely happening here and is progressing very slowly, while China (or so I've heard) is very advanced when it comes to digitalization in everyday life. I'm going at the invitation of a well-known company and will be reporting live. More on that as soon as I'm there :)
