@SprakerMDPhD @NicholasZaorsky will CMS ever cover for exercise? Exercise has already beat out many drugs- just seems silly not to create even more of an incentive for a patient if a personal trainer or gym membership is covered. Maybe it already is ?.. I don’t know enough details

Did I miss something? Limited stage small cell excluding radiation just going with immunotherapy?? Then read the x summary. More like eliminating a proven beneficial treatment remains dangerous off-trial. Not an area with OS ~3yrs I'd aggressively de-escalate.
