@careinsuranceIN Stop lying for god’s sake. You guys are one the worst. You have paid 50% of the claim even though our policy was fully covered. Your team yourself mentioned no limit considering our policy was for 10 lakh. Do the right thing and stop making a senior citizen suffer

@dpkatta @joinditto @careinsuranceIN I wouldn’t count on them. They are skirting the issue as well. We have written approval from Insurance, as you see the approval mail says no limit since our insurance was for 10lakh. now care is barely paying 3 lakh plus Ditto is just playing along.

How @careinsuranceIN @joinditto is scamming senior citizens. We bought a Care health policy with the help of @joinditto 3 years ago. This month my mom who is over 60 got surgery. We have approval mails from them for full amount and they are denying the claim today 1/3

@careinsuranceIN We haven't received any credible support. We are looking for a fast resolution and full claim from your side. Do the right thing

@joinditto @careinsuranceIN There was zero communication from those guys and your team knows it. In the mail, it clearly says no limit even after us asking multiple times. On top, they didn't share any communication. Stop glazing these insurance companies. We thought you were an ethical company.

We understand the confusion. While porting with a Sum Insurance upgrade, the upgraded portion carries a fresh PED waiting period. We had walked the client through this at issuance. Additionally, claim up to the older SI has already been approved. The mixed signals for the client came from a separate conversation with Care. We are helping the client formally escalate this matter.

@joinditto @careinsuranceIN @joinditto this is not good. Ur representative is telling us to pay rather than pointing out how these companies play along with jargons. it’s a joint replacement, waiting time is 24 months plus we have written approvals from Care that there is no limit. Do better
