HUGE MISTAKE: A lot of creators only want to work with big brands. The real money is often in mid-size companies. So brands doing $1M–$20M/year: • need ads constantly • can’t afford big influencers • rely heavily on UGC They’re quietly hiring creators every day. You just have to find them.

@CalumUGC I just turned down an inbound today from an agency both due to the budget (which I might have tried to negotiate) but mainly bc the script was very misaligned for me. It was hard bc I hope they will not choose to never consider me again 😳

Just had a contract through for a restaurant company and before signing I've asked to clarify the script won't be going against my beliefs I'm vegan so don't want to be promoting steak for example It's scary because it could potentially be a deal breaker but worth it for my heart
