Here's her exact funnel broken down:
1) TRAFFIC
She runs 4 content channels simultaneously:
Instagram main — bio does 90% of the trust-building before a single reel is watched. Claims #1 female sales trainer and #1 largest sales academy for women in 2 lines. Instant authority. Live master class CTA pinned at the top drives cold traffic into the funnel the second they land. Zero confusion about who she is and who she serves.
Top of funnel reels — Milan, Lake Como, wedding venue tours, Epstein files commentary. Nothing to do with sales. Pure views. Pulls in people who would scroll past a sales reel entirely. These videos pull 100K-240K+ views because they speak to everyone, not just her ICP.
Middle of funnel reels — introduces high-ticket sales as the mechanism without ever naming the offer. "Your dad bought a house on a 50K salary, you won't." Every lifestyle and mindset topic transitions back to high-ticket sales as the only logical solution. Plants the seed across thousands of viewers per video.
Bottom of funnel reels — frame control, objection handling, 10 sales lessons, 6 objection handling techniques in 60 seconds. These pull 57,000 views per video on average. Way less than the 240,000 views on the lifestyle content. But the 57K are 100% her ICP. These videos are the ones printing $5M months.
TikTok — straight reposts of Instagram content. Zero extra effort. Every video gets a second life and a second audience with 0 additional production time.
2) LEAD GENERATION
One funnel. Running on repeat multiple times per week.
Free Live Master Class — "Learn how to get into high-ticket sales" → name, email, phone number → live countdown timer to next session → thank you page with personal video → added to email list immediately → nurture sequence fires automatically
The landing page has 5 conversion mechanisms built in: countdown timer creates urgency to the next live session, explicit ICP filter removes unqualified leads before they waste closer time, personal story section makes the $5M result feel achievable from zero, social proof stacked throughout the page, dual CTA at top and bottom so no one has to scroll to convert.
The Discord twist — 50,000 person server where you spend 15-20 seconds loading and feeling invested before they ask for your name, email, and phone number. You cannot access the server without giving all 3. 50,000 people gave full contact info just to join a free community.
3) NURTURE
Pre-webinar email sequence fires within seconds of opt-in:
3 confirmation emails sent immediately upon signup. Same excited tone across all 3. Each one previews a different piece of what they'll learn on the webinar. Builds FOMO from the first minute after opting in.
Daily reminder emails sent from signup through webinar day. Every email includes a different student case study or testimonial. By the time the webinar starts the average lead has received 5-7 emails and consumed multiple hours of her content without watching a single paid piece.
The thank you page video alone handles 4 jobs: acknowledges the opt-in action to reinforce momentum, restates the core promise to prevent drop-off, previews the exact 4-step sequence they'll learn, and drives the micro-commitment to actually show up live.
Phone list called within 2 hours of opting in. Studies show contact rate drops 80%+ after the first hour. Her team is on the phone before the lead has forgotten they signed up.
4) THE WEBINAR
The entire sales machine runs through a single 90-minute event repeated multiple times per week.
60 minutes — reveals a 4-step sequence for getting into high-ticket sales. Pure content. No pitch. By minute 60, the audience has self-identified as the ICP, consumed a full mechanism walkthrough, and attributed the result to Shelby specifically.
30 minutes — Q&A, stacking, and closing. By this point she isn't pitching. She's just confirming what people already decided during the content half. The close rate on a properly warmed webinar audience runs 3-5x higher than a cold sales call.
End of webinar → Typeform application. 8-10 questions extracting: commitment level, specific desires, current roadblocks, income, budget, decision-making authority, and contact information for the setter team. Every question is engineered to increase psychological investment before a closer ever dials.
5) PRE-CALL SEQUENCE
Once qualified and booked, 5 touchpoints fire before the closer speaks a single word:
24 hours before — unreleased student case study + calendar reminder
12 hours before — mechanism breakdown video + reminder
1 hour before — reminder
30 minutes before — reminder
5 minutes before — call link
Running simultaneously across email AND WhatsApp. By the time they pick up the phone they've watched 3-4 additional pieces of content, seen 2-3 more student wins, and mentally rehearsed joining the program. The closer just has to not mess it up.
6) THE SALES CALL
Every application tracked in the sales CRM. Setter qualifies, closer closes, everything recorded, every metric logged:
- Show rate
- Close rate
- Cash collected per call
- Objection breakdown
- Lead source
- Follow up status
No-shows get double-dialed immediately after the missed call, then contacted every 2-3 days via text and email until they reschedule or explicitly opt out. Non-closes get a 7-day nurture window with daily emails and SMS touchpoints before a follow-up call is attempted. Nothing leaks out of the pipeline. Every lead is worked until it converts or dies.
